The Alliance for Earth Observations™ is a publicly and privately funded initiative of the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies to promote the understanding and use of land, air and sea observations for societal and economic benefit. Through active stakeholder engagement, the Alliance brings together those that develop the tools to monitor the planet with those that need the information to manage it and serves as a link between the private sector, the government and the general public. Our mission is to ensure the rapid and broad delivery of the most timely, comprehensive and accurate environmental information for improved decision-making.
